HiLink 是一間專注於遠距虛擬教學平台的新創公司,總部設於美國,客戶涵蓋全球教育、培訓公司。公司目前進行第二階段重建與擴張,重新建立位於台灣的營運團隊,目標是打造一支具備國際溝通力、產品理解力與客戶導向的核心團隊。
工作內容:
一、客戶與銷售支援
- 跟進潛在客戶(會議後回顧、彙整需求、追蹤進度)
- 協助製作簡報、報價單、合約與銷售文件
- 維護 CRM 系統,追蹤銷售進度與漏斗
- 彙整客戶的反饋與功能需求,整理給產品與客服團隊
二、合作夥伴執行協調
- 協助合作夥伴導入流程,追蹤整合進度與交付事項
- 協調 HiLink 與外部合作夥伴之間的溝通與文件
- 支援試點計畫、特別整合與共同提案
三、創辦人支援
- 必要時參與客戶會議,協助記錄與後續追蹤
- 協助內部溝通與資源整合,落實客戶需求
- 確保從銷售到交付之間的流程順利進行
資格條件:
- 喜歡把想法化為執行,做事有條理且具行動力
- 溝通協調能力強,能與 PM、工程師、客戶成功經理協作無礙
- 享受解決混亂問題、優化流程
- 做事主動、有責任感,能獨立完成任務
加分條件:
- 有 SaaS、教育科技或新創團隊的相關經驗
- 熟悉 Notion、Asana、Hubspot 或類似工具
- 能以中英文進行流暢的書面與口語溝通
薪資與福利:
- 月薪 NT$40,000~55,000(視經驗而定)

Company Overview
HiLink is an innovative startup building a global virtual classroom platform designed for remote teaching and training. Headquartered in the United States, our clients include education and training organizations worldwide. We are currently entering a new phase of rebuilding and growth, focused on establishing a core Taiwan-based operations team with strong international communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and deep product understanding.
Role Responsibilities
1. Client & Sales Support
- Follow up with prospective clients after meetings (e.g., send recap, gather next steps)
- Coordinate and prepare pitch decks, pricing quotes, and contracts
- Maintain CRM and track sales leads and progress
- Summarize customer feedback and key requests for the product and CSM teams
2. Partnership Execution
- Assist with partner onboarding and track integration deliverables
- Manage communication and status updates between HiLink and external partners
- Support special projects (e.g., pilot program setup, custom demos)
3. Founder Support
- Join client and partner meetings when needed to take notes and handle follow-ups
- Help coordinate internal resources needed to fulfill client or partner requests
- Ensure no detail falls through the cracks from deal to handoff
Qualifications
- Are detail-oriented and great at follow-through
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Enjoy organizing chaos into clear action plans
- Are a proactive communicator who doesn’t need to be told twice
- Are fluent in Mandarin and comfortable in basic English writing and speaking
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, edtech, or early-stage startups
- Familiarity with Notion, Asana, Hubspot or similar tools
- Comfort with English and Mandarin in both speaking and writing
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: NT$ 40,000~55,000
