HiLink 是一間專注於遠距虛擬教學平台的新創公司,總部設於美國,客戶涵蓋全球教育、培訓公司。公司目前進行第二階段重建與擴張,重新建立位於台灣的營運團隊,目標是打造一支具備國際溝通力、產品理解力與客戶導向的核心團隊。
工作內容:
一、產品協作與開發時程管理
- 協助 CEO 與產品團隊規劃與追蹤功能開發進度
- 撰寫與整理產品需求文件(PRD)、回饋與優先級排序
- 使用 Notion 或 Jira 等工具追蹤產品進展並產出報告
二、跨部門溝通與專案管理
- 作為客服、支援與工程團隊之間的橋樑
- 主持每週內部會議,落實責任分工與追蹤進度
- 協助排除專案進展中各部門的溝通障礙
三、流程設計與營運優化
- 協助設計並優化客服支援、功能上線、用戶導入等流程
- 建立文件與內部 SOP,並協助導入工作流程工具
- 支援前線團隊,並建立結構化的反饋與迴圈回報機制
資格條件:
- 中英文書寫與口語溝通能力佳(B2 以上),能協調跨國團隊作業
- 至少 2 年以上產品運營、專案管理或跨部門協作經驗
- 熟悉 SaaS 產品與流程,具備 startup 或敏捷團隊經驗尤佳
- 熟悉 Notion、Slack、Google Workspace,具 Jira 經驗者佳
- 高度組織力與責任感,能獨立完成任務並驅動團隊進度
薪資與福利:
- 月薪 NT$55,000 – NT$75,000(依經驗與能力)

Company Overview
HiLink is an innovative startup building a global virtual classroom platform designed for remote teaching and training. Headquartered in the United States, our clients include education and training organizations worldwide. We are currently entering a new phase of rebuilding and growth, focused on establishing a core Taiwan-based operations team with strong international communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and deep product understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Coordination & Roadmap Support
- Work closely with the CEO and product team to manage feature delivery timelines.
- Organize product requirement documents (PRDs), internal feedback, and prioritization workflows.
- Track and report progress for ongoing product development using tools like Notion or Jira.
2. Cross-Functional Communication & Project Management
- Act as liaison between customer success, support, and engineering teams.
- Manage weekly internal meetings and ensure clear delegation of responsibilities.
- Coordinate follow-ups on critical issues or blockers across functions.
3. Process Design & Operations Optimization
- Co-develop internal SOPs for support ticketing, onboarding, and feature rollout.
- Assist in setting up scalable documentation frameworks and workflow automation.
- Support customer-facing teams with internal tools and structured feedback loops.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- 2+ years experience in product operations, project management, or customer-facing product delivery roles.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace, Slack; experience with Jira or project management tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: NT$55,000 – NT$875,000 (commensurate with experience)
